We uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. All potable water fittings used in our plumbing installations are sourced from manufacturers certified under B.S. 5750 and B.S. EN ISO 9001:2000. Our pipes, ranging from 20mm to 63mm, are kite-marked and produced to BS 6572 standards, ensuring reliability and compliance.
WATER STORAGE & DELIVERIES

For bulk water requirements, we offer dedicated on-site tankers and experienced drivers to manage water deliveries during peak times, ensuring a continuous and reliable supply.
Once your water is delivered, you have the flexibility to offload it into your own storage facilities or take advantage of our range of storage solutions. Strategically placed tanks can supplement existing supplies or serve as standalone water storage, keeping your event running smoothly.
CATERING EQUIPMENT
T.E.S.S. offers a wide range of catering equipment for hire, perfect for temporary and on-location kitchens. Our service includes delivery, installation, testing, and collection, ensuring a hassle-free experience tailored to your needs.
We provide a variety of sink options to suit different spaces and demands. For smaller sites with limited space and light usage, we offer compact domestic single sinks. For more heavy-duty applications, we have larger single and double sinks, all equipped with drainers. Whatever your requirements, we have the perfect solution.
To ensure a reliable hot water supply, we offer two types of water heaters. Our Kiwa-registered 125-litre electric water heaters provide a constant flow of hot water and can be plumbed directly into any of our sinks. Designed for durability and ease of handling, these units are factory pressure-tested to 15 bar—five times their normal operating pressure. For a more compact option, our instantaneous water heaters are powered by a 3-phase 32AMP electrical supply, delivering high-performance heating to meet the demands of any kitchen.
Every kitchen requires a dedicated hand wash facility, and T.E.S.S. provides two robust yet space-saving options. Made from stainless steel, our units are slimline and durable, making them naturally resistant to dirt and bacteria. With direct connections for both water supply and waste, they ensure the highest levels of hygiene—ideal for catering and medical environments.
WATER SAMPLING & CHLORINATION
Once an installation is complete, it is essential to chlorinate and flush all pipework before use. This step is particularly crucial when working with a temporary potable supply, as chlorine levels naturally degrade over time, unlike mains water, which maintains a consistent chlorine presence to minimise the risk of bacterial contamination.
At T.E.S.S., we ensure that all pipework, containers, fittings, and connections undergo thorough chlorination before use, strictly adhering to BS 8551:2015 guidelines. We only use materials approved under Regulation 31 of the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000 (as amended), ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
We also offer a comprehensive water purity sampling service. Our team is fully trained in water sampling procedures, and we partner with a temperature-controlled courier service to guarantee that your samples reach the lab without risk of contamination. All mains water testing is conducted by UKAS-accredited laboratories, which will provide you with detailed microbiological analysis and written reports.
Ahead of your event, T.E.S.S. can sample your mains water supply to confirm its quality and suitability for human consumption or sanitisation. As part of our standard installation, we take responsibility for monitoring and sampling all potable water stored in tanks, conducting end-of-line testing, and maintaining a detailed log that records water origins, delivery times, and sample data in compliance with BS 8551:2015 and current water regulations.
